Looks like our Cowgirls are starting to play tough.. They hung in the Texas Tech all day today!!

Okay here is my most exciting moment finally getting to meet George after being a "HUGE" fan for years. Bill Reed told Tracy she could take me backstage several years ago. I had one rule, no getting arrested, there will be no restraining order...LOL. As we were progressing in the line the DJs around me kept telling me not to hyperventilate or I would blow my big chance. I finally got to the front and handed him my photo. The photo was taken back in probably '86 at a place south of Ada called Ken Lance Sports Arena (where Reba and Pake McEntire started out). George actaullay laughed and was asking his road manager "You remember that place" . He was really cool!!!! Tracy took my picture after we left backstage it was a monumentous photo, I am holding my autographed 8x10 photo upside down! And I have added on later from Tulsa that shows the side of those Wranglers we ladies love to see!!

This is one of my favorite pictures of the weddings I have gone too. The first one was very beautiful and the bride and groom looked so happy. The wedding cake was a hit. I was worried, bride let me have my freedom, that was scary. But we had a great time.

The next one was a very pretty wedding also. It was so emotional for me to see the little guy who idolized me all grown up. And he found the girl of his dreams. Kristen is such a sweetheart. Another successful cake also an OU themed groom's cake.

To end the weekend was dinner with two old friends at Cattleman's for a steak. 

Yes, I wish I looked like Terri!!! I am trying to find the time to scan a memorable photo of me after a George Strait concert which Bill Reed actually let Tracy take me backstage, if I promised to behave. Although once backstage they were sure I was going to pass out before I got to the King. Which is a classic and has brought many moments of ribbing.

 Well our Cowboys came to town and let UofH win. So naturally I am taking some grief on that one. As Tracy T is ready for Sooner girls basketball so am I then I will be able to gloat.

Go KONAWA!!!! Get them Tiger Girls softball!!!!
